Have you ever met someone who thinks they are happy, but you're not as confident that they are? As pastors how do we help those around us to experience happiness / joy?
As pastors, do we procrastinate? Do we overcommit and does that not only hurt ourselves but those around us as well?

What is the biggest challenge you are currently facing? Would you like to solve that problem? This simple and easy exercise will help!
We will get so much more from this group when we do this simple exercise ... AND ... we will be able to connect our vision to others.
It's alright ... Most of us do! :-)
Most of us belong to Engineered CLARITY Community (EC2) because of all the resources provided, the mentor and buddies we are assigned who help us gain extreme clarity, improve our follow through, motivation, organization and consistency. :-)

Do we have anyone in our congregation in the medical profession? Maybe we would like to attract more of these types of individuals to our church, how do we do that?
How are we as pastors portrayed in the media? How can we as pastors help our congregation use media to expand the Kingdom and connect better with people?

Often we as pastors do not feel we have the time to be involved in government ... which may be alright, or may not be? Let's have an honest conversation.
Obviously as pastors, we are very interested in sharing Christ ... or ... are we? Do we subconsciously understand the hard work and kind of fear one more person to shepherd?
Is it hard being a business owner today? As a pastor how do we really understand their challenges and needs and how do we come along side of them to help them?

As a pastors, do you minister to educators? What are their unique needs? How can we as pastors encourage and equip them for the challenges they face every day?
Do you have an abundance of time? Actually ... you, we all do, but most don't even know it. We all have 10,080 minutes every week. If we use that time wisely, we will can receive an infinite amount of time.

How DO I Create Greater Engagement / Participation?
Follow Through
To solve our biggest challenges as pastors, we need to understand what the core of the problem is. Is the CORE a lack of follow through by us and those around us?
Hmmm ... is a lack of follow through really a lack of integrity? Is a lack of follow through / integrity sin? Interesting question, right? :-) Maybe if we and those around us followed through, maybe we would see not only greater blessing from God but maybe we would have a lot less stress and other challenges / problems?
Would you like your congregation to be more involved?
As pastors, of course we would like them to be more involved without question. Why? In theory it would make our jobs a lot easier, but it's life changing when someone uses their God given passions to engage in Kingdom work.
One resource others have found to be helpful is something called a "Spiritual X-Ray." When we as pastors discover our life vision and help others do so we all see greater success. ~ click here ~
Once we discover our life vision ... what then? Where are we spiritually and where do we want to be? How can we help those around us to grow spiritually? How do we all grow spiritually and do so faster?
